A tidy shorter sedge named for the pale tips if it’s seed stalks while in bloom. Spreads by rhizome and occasionally by seed in good conditions, but does not do so quickly. Easily grown in average conditions with some shade. Can be grown in full sun, but tends not to thrive unless given some shade. Generally not browsed by deer. Semi-evergreen in mild winters.
