This Species is typically available during our Spring Public Sale May-June at Geist Nursery in Fishers, IN.
A.k.a. slender gerardia. A parasitic annual with a delicate form and stunning dark pink flowers! Since it is partially parasitic on surrounding plants, it is best planted among natives of a similar height. As an annual, it reseeds itself fairly well if given open soil. One of the few local host plants of the buckeye butterfly!
