An iconic bloom that prefers well drained, rich woodland soil. Height is made up almost entirely of the bloom stalk, and basal leaves die back in the summer. Can tolerate full sun with sufficient moisture, and full shade that is bright. Seeds are incredibly small and difficult to germinate, but an efficient way to establish a colony of plants.
