A.k.a. summer phlox and fall phlox. The wildtype of the popular garden plant! This taller phlox is a showstopper in full bloom, with large, fragrant flowers! Excellent for filling space along a woods edge. Runners to form colonies, and may outcompete shorter plants in favorable conditions. Tolerates some shade, but has fewer blooms. Will grow in full sun if soil is consistently moist
