A.k.a. Deam’s coneflower. Valued for its dense growth and disease resistance, this natural variety of sweet black-eyed Susan is a hardy addition to most any sunny planting. Generally lives 1-3 years, but reseeds well in open soils. Can be deadheaded to encourage a second bloom.
