A.k.a. false dragonhead. This member of the mint family is notable for its ease of cultivation and pink-purple snapdragon-like flowers. Adaptable, but favors loamy soils. May reseed prolifically in optimum, wet conditions. Best grown between other plants to keep stems from flopping over. Can be trimmed late May to reduce overall height.
