Yes, this is the wild-type of the creeping juniper in the nursery trade! An evergreen ground that prefers loose, dryer soils but can adapt to rich garden soils if other plants are not allowed to overgrow it. Generally spreads by running, rarely by seed. Intolerant of wet soil.
