Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) BARE ROOT
A.k.a. black snakeroot and black bugbane. A large, showy, summer blooming shade plant! About half of the 3’-7’ height is composed of a leafless bloom stalk. Blooms best and grows largest in part sun/shade, but tolerates bright full shade. Does not do well in deep shade.
