A.k.a. short-toothed mountain mint. A densely clumping mint that does not spread as rapidly as some of its relatives. The light white/grey blush on its upper leaves lend some color to plantings. Easy to grow in average conditions with decent drainage. Foliage has a strong minty smell when crushed. May spread by rhizome in optimal conditions.
