This Species is typically available during our Spring Sale May-June at Geist Nursery in Fishers, IN.
A.k.a. long-sepal penstemon. A lovely penstemon slightly shorter than the better known foxglove penstemon, with similar flowers in varying shades between purple and white. Many individuals show darker coloration in the stems and leaves than most foxglove penstemon, particularly in the fall. Deer resistant, and flowers are beloved by hummingbirds!
