An adaptable, drought resistant grass with a generally small stature- the seed stalk makes up most of the height. Notable for the bright color of its small, generally red, blooms. Leaves are blue/green and turn orange/gold in the fall. Potential to be grown as a turf grass and regularly mowed to 3-4 inches.
